Also called the “tulle” technique, this artisanal production is one of the most complex in fine jewelry. Almost a month is needed for the goldsmith to create a half-millimeter gold plate by hand and form tiny hexagons on it. The design is exposed and levitates on an impalpable honeycomb texture.
