A two-time 470 world champion in 2012 and 2019, the Welsh skipper is also one of the most decorated women in the history of Olympic sailing, with two gold medals and one silver. Tom Slingsby is also a three-time winner of the Rolex SailGP Championship as helmsman and general manager of the Australian team. A talented sailor, he has won ten world championships in various categories. Tom Slingsby was also part of the Oracle Team USA team that lifted the America&#039;s Cup in 2013. The Brazilian sailor was only 22 years old when she was named Rolex World Sailor of the Year in 2014. Two years later, she won the first of her two Olympic gold medals in Rio, in the 49er FX class, ahead of Tokyo in 2021.
